Dwellingup Holiday House

Located conveniently in the centre of town, the Dwellingup Holiday House a two story house within walking distance to shops, parks and playground, hotel and cafes. We are family and dog friendly so nobody needs to be left at home! With air conditioners to cool the summer heat and a wood fire to keep warm throughout winter, Dwellingup Holiday House is the perfect base for all your Dwellingup adventures! The space Living / Dining Area Comfortable 3-seater and 2-seater lounges, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and bluetooth speaker, board games and range of toys supplied. The dining area has a 6-seater setting. Bedrooms Room 1; queen bed and built-in robe. Room 2; double bed with walk-in robe. Room 3; 1 king single, 1 single and 2 x single bunks with a built-in robe. A cot is available on request. Beds all have bedding with linen supplied. Bathroom Contains an enclosed combination bath shower with toilet. All bathroom linen is supplied. Kitchen Electric oven and hot plates, microwave, fridge, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle. All kitchen linen is supplied. Laundry Washing machine and outside fold away line is provided. Pegs and laundry powder are provided. There is a downstairs separate toilet in laundry area. Extra laundry facilities including dryer are available at Waypoints Café located 200m away. Heating There is a slow combustion stove downstairs for cooler months. Wood is supplied. When lit the heat travels upstairs and comfortably warms the bedroom areas. Cooling Each of the bedrooms has a reverse cycle air conditioning unit. The downstairs area remains cool and comfortable. Some electric fans are available for very warm days. Outdoor Area An outdoor setting with a gas BBQ is located under a covered patio area. A small, grassed area alongside is suitable for children playing on. The property is fully fenced with well-maintained gardens There is an undercover car port with a wide verge suitable for extra parking. Pets Dogs are permitted, however please be respectful of furniture and gardens. Please pick up after your dog. Please do not allow your dogs on furniture. Other things to note 2 tubs of firewood provided. Please use thoughtfully:-) You can do this by turning down the flue (push lever in) over night.
