Our place is on the 1st floor. It is a safe place for everyone and guests of ALL SKIN COLORS, RELIGIONS, GENDERS, AND SEXUAL ORIENTATIONS are welcome! Located near museums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, the Habanero promenade, live music venues, very close you will find drinks: Mojitos, Daiquiri, Cuba Libre. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the emblematic Havana esplanade, 3 blocks from the two main avenues of the area, Avenida 23 and Avenida Línea, 5 minutes from the Cuban Art Factory. You will have 2 sheets, 2 large towels and 2 small towels, 2 pillows, 1 quilt, double bed, safe, fan, microwave, kettle, a filter jug in the refrigerator, iron for clothes, AC, hair dryer, TV with national programming, kitchen utensils so you can cook including salt and pepper, cleaning service, change of sheets and towels every 3 days, hot water shower etc...
