We look forward to hosting you! The space Located just minutes from LAX, Playa Vista and local beaches and just a few miles from SoFi Stadium. The unit is about 525 sq ft. It is one large space with kitchen and bathroom with double sinks. The unit has high ceilings. The property is a stand alone unit located on the same lot as the main house. Parking anywhere on the street is free. Please make sure you are not blocking a neighbor's driveway. Please note, the property is located near LAX, a large airport, so airplane noise can be heard throughout the day and evenings. No animals/pets allowed on property. No cleaning fee! Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire unit. The backyard is a shared space. Other things to note Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed however in the backyard area. EV charging is available on site for an additional $25 per charging session. Gardeners come by twice a month during the day for about 30 min, so you may encounter them during your stay. At night, you may encounter local wildlife such as squirrels, cats, possums, raccoons, skunks etc. Please do not feed them. They pass through only, usually on and around the fence area.
