It has a cooktop (induction), oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine and many small appliances to cook like at home. It has free Wi-Fi and Smart TV, free parking space on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment is located on a second floor whith beautiful sea view. La Gardenia is premium apartment complex with communal pool, surrounded by green gardens which makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the magnificent views. It’s only a 10 minutes walk to the harbour of Cales Fonts which has a large selection of restaurants and bars. This apartment is ideal for traveling with families or couples thanks to two bathrooms and, being a closed area, there is no danger of children leaving the area.
