The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are rented separately. It is a very well-ventilated house, with large windows and glass sheets plus mosquito nets. It has 24-hour water and WIFI service. It comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, wash your clothes, and have a completely comfortable stay. The space This house has a large and a small bedroom, with dressers and nightstands. A living/dining room space with a TV and an equipped kitchenette. It has a large terrace space and a small porch on the front of the house. We love that guests can take care of the plants and if they want to plant new ones. Guest access The house is located two blocks from Plaza de Armas, near banks, wineries, restaurants, churches, etc. It is also a few steps from the beautiful Atalaya boulevard, where you can enjoy the afternoon walking and the morning watching the sunrise from the river. During your stay I usually work almost all day or I'm traveling, so the house is almost at your disposal. We have no restrictions on check-in or check-out times as long as it is on the same day. You are given a set of keys so that you can independently enter and exit 24 hours a day. Other things to note We have two very well-behaved pets, two small Shih Tzu dogs that are always with us at home.
