It has a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. The terrace is large and faces south. It has a dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the Ligurian sun. There is an electric awning to create shade. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Without elevator. The stairwell has typical old Ligurian village stairs, which should be taken into account if you have difficulty walking. The parking spaces are nearby, both paid and unpaid.
