Okemo Ski House-Entire House, Walk to Sachem Trail

Walk to the slopes from this completely renovated finely appointed ski house. New kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and cherry cabinets. New bathrooms and open concept kitchen, dining and living area with fireplaces. Use our boot warmer to start your day with warm toasty feet. Enjoy a hot sauna or jacuzzi after a long day of skiing, or just relax with the family in front of a warm, toasty fireplace, watch some TV or play one of our many board games. The space Our home is located 900 feet off the Sachem Trail, so it is a short walk to the slopes from your front door. You don't have to worry about packing the car and fighting the traffic in the parking lot. This is your own private house that sleeps 10 and there is a bonus; a new private studio is attached to the main house and it sleeps 4. There is a door inside the main house that connects to the private studio. This is our family home, so please respect our no pets and no parties policy. Guest access We'll email you a code for the lock on the door and you can come and go as you please. You can reach the owner and or the care taker via phone, email, or airbnb during your stay. Other things to note There is a Keurig coffeemaker. House Rules: We want all of our guests to have a wonderful experience when staying in our home. To make sure everything will be ready for the next guests, we ask you to read our House Rules: - If you choose to use the hot tub, there is an additional cleaning fee of $150 (this is what it costs the owner and it’s passed on to the renter without any markup). This is to ensure the hot tub is cleaned thoroughly after each guest. You MUST re-clip the hot tub cover after each use. If it’s windy, it can blow the cover open causing damage to the arm of the cover and you will be responsible for those charges and any additional damage that may be caused to the hot tub, deck, home, etc. - Please remove shoes/boots in the front hallway. No ski boots allowed in the house unless you are bringing them to our boot warmer. - Guest agrees to be held responsible for all breakage or other damage or loss to the premises which may result from occupancy of the premises, except normal wear and tear. - Guest shall take good care of the premises including appliances, equipment, outdoor furniture, grill and fire pit. Guest takes full responsibility for all conditions caused by the negligent or wrongful act or omission of the guest and/or person accompanying guest. - Guest shall ensure all dishes will be cleaned (either put in dishwasher and run the dishwasher or hand wash the dishes), all trash removed from premises and placed in the garbage cans outside of the house, and all beds stripped prior to departure and left on the floor on the lower level. Guest will be responsible for any excessive cleaning charges the owner incurs. - Guest is responsible for all movies rented during your stay. A reimbursement claim will be placed through Airbnb for reimbursement to owner. - Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. If Owner is notified by neighbors, or police officials as a result of such behavior, guests will forfeit their rental fee and it will result in immediate eviction. We want you to have a good time while at the house but we also expect you to be respectful of the home and our neighbors. - Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including minors and guest invitees) as a result of any cause or failure of owner to comply with any governing law or statutes unless caused by negligent or willful acts of owner. - No minor(s) shall be left unattended in the premises. - No Pets allowed in the premises. - The premises are not available to rent to persons under the age of 25 (twenty five). Not abiding by this condition shall result in all monies being forfeited. - Owner is neither responsible nor liable for loss, theft or personal injuries or casualties sustained by guests and/or persons accompanying guest. - There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
