Make a splash of memories at the Aqua Vista Villa! Book this entire 5 bedroom home for a fun family getaway. Heated pool, spa, air hockey, foosball, board games, & lots of space for everyone. Outdoor pool area has lots of seating for lounging, eating, & sun bathing. In the heart of The Woodlands, just minutes away from The Woodlands Pavillion, Woodlands Mall, Market Street, movies, North Shore Park, & much more. Peaceful neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Recently renovated flooring, counters & pool! The space The home has recently been updated. All carpet has been replaced with vinyl plank flooring, walls painted, laminate kitchen countertops replaced with quartz counters, pool and spa recently resurfaced and retiled, the driveway entrance widened with added safety curb, and walkway with steps replaced with ramp walkway for ease of access. The 2500 square foot house was built in the early 80s. All interior and pool area photos are current. An exercise rower has been added, located in the master bedroom. There are extra towels in the hallway linen closet. Pool towels are located in the laundry room cabinets. Pack & Play and/or mini crib available upon request. Air mattress(es) available upon request (queen and/or twin). All five bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. There's a half bath downstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, pool and spa, including the 2-car garage. A second full size refrigerator is located in the garage along with a charcoal grill for guest use. Other things to note Pool and spa are controlled via an app from the wall mounted tablet only. The tablet is for pool & spa operation only and is not to be removed from the wall. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any of the pool operation equipment and controls. The pool maintenance is typically performed on Thursdays. We ask that you treat the pool as yours while there - checking & emptying the leaf catcher daily as necessary during certain times of the year when there is a lot of tree debris. Also, we can stop by as needed or upon request to do extra pool maintenance, if necessary. Yard maintenance is typically performed midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT TRASH: There is a $50 fee for excessive trash and another $50 charge for trash being thrown into the recycling bin. Reasons for the charges: Excessive trash needs to be taken to a dumpster. The Township provides one trash bin and one recycling bin per house, and the bin must be able to shut completely for trash pickup. Trash thrown into the recycling bin has to be removed and put into the correct receptacle. This is unpleasant, time consuming, and a huge inconvenience. Please be sure to share this information with everyone in your group. The trash and recycling bins are on the side of the garage (to the right of the driveway). Trash is picked up every Thursday morning. Please have the large trash and recycling bins streetside the night before to ensure it gets picked up & take the bins back after they've been emptied. We will send a reminder & may pop by to do it if needed or when the weather is bad. Trash is picked up only once a week and cannot be missed. Street parking and lawn parking is not allowed. Please use garage and driveway only. This is important; The Township will impose fines that will carry over to the guest. This regulation is from The Township specifically for short-term rentals.
