The open-concept living area boasts a comfortable seating arrangement and a fully equipped kitchenette, with a sink and miniature fridge. Venture outside and discover our large shared courtyard, a peaceful oasis perfect for lounging in the sunshine or gathering around the fire pit under the stars. Upstairs is the lofted bedroom area, where a plush king-sized bed awaits you. The cottage also has a large shower and 2 person jacuzzi tub and private screened in porch. We are located just a few minutes down the road from Starved Rock and one block from downtown Utica and are part of a 9 unit vacation rental complex known as Landers House and Lodging. Experience Utica's quaint downtown with the main road Mill St closed from May to September for outdoor dining and live entertainment. Guest access Guest will have their own entrance off the courtyard that they will be access by a key pad.
