It features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing area, a second bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with three sofas and a TV area (which can accommodate additional sleeping arrangements), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a second bathroom. Enjoy a calm and relaxing setting for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The space 🏞 Prime Location Located 10 minutes on foot (or 3 minutes by car) from Lake Lalla Takerkoust and 38 km from Marrakech, the villa is set in a calm, natural environment, ideal for relaxation. Access to the farm is via a slope, ensuring a peaceful and preserved setting. ⸻ 🏊 Private Eco-Friendly Pool Enjoy a private eco-friendly swimming pool, without chemical products, reserved exclusively for guests and with no overlooking neighbors. The pool is regularly maintained, cleaned after each stay, and every two days for longer stays. ℹ️ Pool not heated. For maintenance purposes, the pool is emptied on the day before departure at 5:00 pm to prepare for the arrival of the next guests. During periods of extreme heat or very low temperatures, the reversible air conditioning may operate at moderate power, sufficient for comfort but lower than urban installations. Guest access During your stay, you will enjoy full and exclusive access to the villa, including the bedrooms and the private garden. Keys will be provided upon arrival, allowing you to enjoy all private areas freely and independently. Other things to note • Prohibitions: Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
