The living room and two bedrooms overlook the beach and the entire bay of Douarnenez, from the Pointe du Raz to Cap de la Chèvre to the west. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a games/rest room upstairs as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with kitchen open to the dining-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A garage is accessible from the kitchen. From the living room and its large bay windows, you have access to the terrace and garden. Guests can relax in the garden furniture and eat at the garden table, an arbor will protect you from the sun. A barbecue and 2 sun loungers complete the garden equipment.
