Situated in the picturesque Waterberg Mountains between Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) and Modimolle (Nylstroom). All guests are invited to take self-guided game drives at their own leisure. The farm consists of Bushveld and Savannah, there are Zebra, Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Impala, Nyala and smaller game species. We also offer walking trails and canoeing on the property. Bring your bicycle and cycle between the animals on the farm or bring your fishing rod and try your luck at our dam. (Catch & release). The space Themba means “hope” in Zulu. This unit has ample space and privacy, high ceilings and all the necessary luxuries. The unit has three bedrooms and a loft, two of the bedrooms has queen size beds and on-suite bathrooms. The other bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the loft. The loft room has two single beds. Each bedroom has fans for those hot summer days and an air-conditioner in the lounge. All rooms are provided with fine quality linen and bath sheets. The unit is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with a five burner gas stove/oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a dinette in the open plan living area and comfortable lounge with an LCD TV and DSTV with select channels. Relax on the large covered patio with table and chairs. There is a boma style braai area where guests can sit around a bushveld fire. The unit has a large garden and private cold water pool. The area surrounded by indigenous bushveld trees. Your accommodation includes the private use of the unit, braai and swimming pool area (children need to be supervised at all times). We provide a daily cleaning service of the outdoor areas. All you need to provide is swimming towels, food, coffee, tea, flash lights, clothes. Firewood can be purchased at reception. We look forward to welcoming you and your family! Guest access Take a stroll on one of our walking trails that takes you down to the savanna and the dam area. Try your hand at fishing or go for a picnic or braai at the dam. Please keep in mind that this is a shared space with others. Go on a self-drive photo safari among the plentiful game on the farm. Enjoy a row on the dam with the Cano. Guests are welcome to ride on the farm with their own bikes. For the kiddies there is a newly built playground. Read a book, play some board games and re-connect with loved ones. Cool down in a sparkling splash pool with a refreshment in your hand. Soak in the lovely sunsets and the quietness that only the bushveld can offer. Sit next to a fire and hear the jackal call and experience the awesome brilliance of the star studded night sky. Whatever you do, relax and rejuvenate!!
