The kitchen has all you will need to cook at home and the adjoining utility room is complete with washer and dryer. The beauty of the house is its location next to Rosslare Golf Club. The beauty of the house is its location next to rosslare golf club, which welcomes guests offering a range of amenities to visitors, its bar and restaurant boasts a 7 day service coupled with its spectacular 18 holes championship links it needs nothing else to complete the perfect golf get away. Guest access The garden is enclosed at the back, however the front patio looks out onto a shared garden with Kapunda (the larger house to the front of the property). It’s devided by shrubbery however it’s not enclosed so this are is technically shared. Other things to note this is a cozy bungalow - it may be basic towards your own home, but it's spacious and super bright! The best part? It's just a stone's throw away from the golf course and the beach. The garden is enclosed (dogs are safe!) but roomy, perfect for some outdoor relaxation.
