Rural and quiet location with garden views and overlooking the lovely Dorset countryside The Garden House is annexed to Crawthorne House and overlooks the garden. Crawthorne is a hamlet (12 miles from the historic town of Dorchester) with a few houses and a winery, Langham Wine Estate with a cafe and wine tours. This is only a 1 minute stagger from The Garden House. The area has some lovely walks, pubs and is well placed to visit Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast. The space The Garden House has one bedroom with a Super King zip and link bed, a single bed and a cot. It can accommodate 2 adults with 2 children or 2/3 adults. The downstairs room has a fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, Swan coffee machine, microwave, toaster, a table for four (high chair available) a sofa and two easy chairs. A TV with Amazon fire-stick, wifi throughout and a wood-burner. The house also benefits from smart electric throughout. There is a cloakroom with dog bed and a bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC. There is an outside sitting area and a further outside dining area set within a courtyard. BBQ and fire pit are available. The owner has a small dog, a cat, chickens and sheep. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay. Ground coffee for cafetière, tea and sugar provided at start of your stay. Salt and pepper. Guest access Guests may enjoy the garden but please pick up after your dog. Bucket available. Guests have a sitting area with fire pit and have access to an outside dining area in the Courtyard. There is a BBQ. There is also a small wooded area with bench and table which guests may walk around and sit and enjoy Other things to note Please let me know what beds you would like made up to ensure all is ready for your stay.
