Outdoor dining table and sofa, Grill, 12ft SWIM SPA, paddle board, kayak & outdoor fire pit. *30 min drive to the UofA The space This is a 4 bedroom resort feel house sitting on the water's edge of Beaver Lake (it’s a cove ). Perfect for active friends/families or just sitting on the deck or screened porch. It is a quiet part of the lake, the house is nestled on a dead end gravel road surrounded by beautiful trees with plenty of privacy to unwind and recharge. The main floor has two king bedrooms off the living area and two full baths, living room, kitchen and dining room and large screened porch. Also, a big multi-level deck with grill and dining table, gas fire pit and sitting area . A 12ft swim spa/hot tub on the lower level deck with a sitting area and fire pit. Downstairs has a second living area, a bunk room with two twin beds (top bunk has a small head clearance so best for smaller kids), and a Queen bedroom and 1/2 bathroom. Also, a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The outside has three levels of decks looking directly at the water, with a hot tub on the lower level. There are several bluffs on the property to fish from when the water is down. Come back relaxed and recharged. Only 30 minutes to downtown Fayetteville, 40 minutes to Rogers and 50 minutes to Eureka Springs. House is located in the Goshen area, not far from Sassafrass Chapel/Winery, Stone Chapel Wedding Venue, and Orthodox Brewery. Also, fantastic WiFi. We also offer the houses next door Midnight Eddy, (black house) Moonbeam Landing (white house), and Buttercup Bay (yellow house) that both sleep 6 for extended family and friends.
