Apartment in the Los Castaños development, recently renovated and located on the Paseo de la Magdalena in the municipality of Cabañas, with access to a community pool and an ideal location to enjoy the beach, which is just a few meters from the house. The space The apartment for six guests consists of a living/dining room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one twin and one with a bunk bed), a kitchen and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed, built-in closets, views of the estuary, natural lighting, and exterior ventilation. Both the twin room and the bunk bed have 90x190 cm beds. The living room has a large sofa and SmartTV. The dining room has a table for six diners. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has all the necessary utensils to enjoy a holiday stay (it has an Italian coffee maker). Both bathrooms have a shower tray and a shower enclosure. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and relaxation: WiFi, bedding, towels, kitchenware and appliances. Guest access This apartment is rented in full and will be fully available to our guests. The pool is communal in July and August. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
 **HEATING** This accommodation has heating by electric radiators enabled from November to April. Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that ranges between 18º and 20º C. **TRAVEL CRIB** Travel crib is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygiene reasons, bedding is not provided for the crib. **BUNK BED ROOM** For safety reasons, the trundle bed will be left assembled. If desired, under the responsibility and service of the guests, the upper bunk can be used, taking into account that the manufacturer recommends its use from 6 years of age and up to 100 kg.
