Welcome to St-Victor-de-Réno in the Perche! Less than 2 hours from Paris, near Mortagne, Bellême and La Chapelle-Montligeon, this comfortable 110 m2 house can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal place to recharge your batteries in a natural and peaceful setting with unobstructed views of the meadows and the Réno forest. You will have a large wooded park, bordered by a small typical Normandy river. Come and enjoy a getaway in the heart of Perche National Park in a green setting! The space As soon as you arrive, you will be immediately seduced by the warm and calm atmosphere that reigns in our house located in the heart of the "golden triangle" of the Perche Regional Park, two minutes from one of its sublime forests and with a 3000 m2 wooded park overlooking the river. The fitted and equipped kitchen is a friendly space where you can prepare delicious meals with ease. It opens onto a living room with a wood-burning stove. Imagine yourself on the large wooden terrace enjoying your breakfast outdoors, while admiring the countryside, or enjoying a wood fire in the living room. The insert stove is in operation from 10/15 to 04/15. Wood is available for some very appreciable fires in winter. The jacuzzi is open from 04/01 until the end of October depending on the temperatures. The house has a bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a queen size double bed. There is also a modern bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, to relax after a busy day exploring the area. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a queen size bed. A welcoming landing offers you extra space, with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Le Perche is a land of heritage, gastronomy, and hiking. Welcome to nature lovers, foodies and athletes! Other things to note The Percheron countryside and forests offer a multitude of hiking, cycling or equestrian trails, while the ponds and rivers are highly appreciated by fishermen. There's always a good reason to come and spend a stay or a weekend in Orne. The markets, especially the one in Mortagne-au-Perche on Saturday mornings, are a real institution in the area. This is an opportunity to discover delicious local products and meet the producers. On the practical side, 5 minutes by car, the village of Longny-Au-Perche awaits you with all the shops and the small market takes place every Wednesday morning
