The condominium has a security gate with controlled access (24-hour private security), tennis court, beach tennis court, soccer field with night lighting, jogging track, recreation space with a playground for children, and an exclusive acarajé (very special cake from Bahia) vendor 100 meters from the house. The house is beachfront (foot in the sand) with a lagoon at the back. Our caretaker and housemaid/cook live on-site and will be available to assist you.
