Up to 7 people (or more with toddlers or infants) in 3 bedrooms. The 1st room (2 people) has ocean view, one King bed, and shares a bath with the 3rd room. The 2st room (3 people) has ocean view, one queen bed, one twin bed, and private bath and shower. The 3rd bedroom (2 people) has two twin beds for additional guests and would share a bath and shower. There is an additional 3rd bath and shower (not heated) in the garage area. Outside are two showers for coming from the beach. A large front yard with grass meets with the beach. A large back yard allows more room for play. An expansive front porch has space for hanging out or dining and hammocks for siestas. Multiple indoor and outdoor showers make it easy to come back from the beach and rinse off the sand and saltwater. Other things to note Costa Rica requires an additional 13% hotel fee that is not included in the price of this listing. This is on the base nightly rate and is due upon arrival. Overhead fans are in bedrooms and common areas and we also have wind machine fans that can be used if needed. A/C included in bedrooms.
