Quiet village house.

Relax in the hometown of Jean Egen, the great Alsatian novelist, nestled in the heart of the Florival valley! 10 km away: the famous (Petits and Grands) Ballons, and the town of Guebwiller. Comfortable house. Very quiet place in a green setting. Beautiful terrace with no overlook. Ultra-equipped cozy accommodation. The space I only accept guests with references (reviews from Airbnb hosts). 4 guests accepted if family with child(ren). House under indoor alarm (motion detector) but deactivated during your stay. Semi-detached house on one side only but sound insulation guaranteed to 100% on both sides. No vis-à-vis, neither in front nor on the terrace. In exceptional circumstances, I may have to sleep in the downstairs room during your stay. Please inquire. Guest access Access to the rental part by the ground floor on the 1st floor by an interior staircase. The entire 1st floor is available for your use. On the ground floor: a large bedroom for two additional guests. I may sleep there during your stay. Access to the terrace from the inside (bathroom-terrace airlock) or the outside (outside staircase). Other things to note Please let me know if you are bringing your own bedding and bath towels, or if you would like me to make your bed and provide bath towels. Kitchen towels are provided automatically. All cooking essentials are on site. (including O. oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, sugars etc.) The listing is not on the main street of the village. It is very quiet and close to a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, auto repair shop, and post office. There is a TV screen and Prime Video access, thanks to a chrome cast but I am not subscribed to any TNT channel.
