Upon first arrival, park along the street in order to access unit/grab the gate clicker. You can move your vehicle to the parking lot after doing so, please be sure to park in the spot reserved for your unit! Do NOT park in any other spaces aside from yours, all parking spots are reserved! *There will be a $150 replacement fee if clicker is not returned* Other things to note Additional Rules 1. All guests will be required to sign a RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. 2. This is a non smoking unit. Any evidence found will lead to a $1,000 fine (per violation). 3. Unauthorized pets will be subject to $1,000 fine, per occurrence. If you plan on bringing your furry friend, please notify your host prior to arrival. The max number of pets is 1 with a 50 lb weight limit. $65 pet sanitation fee required. 4. No parties/events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
