Wonderful cottage near the sea

Relax in this simple but cozy accommodation with walking distance to the sea and beautiful Nyköping archipelago. Nearby, in addition to beautiful forest and nature, there is also the popular summer restaurant Svärdsklova as well as an outdoor gym, tennis and paddle courts. The space The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The living room has a sofa with TV, dining table and a fireplace to cozy up in front of. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (80 cm). The kitchen is newly renovated, small but modern and functional. New for 2025 is the newly built bathroom with a combustion toilet and sink. The plot is spacious and has two porches – one of them is under a roof with a dining table, seating, barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven for lovely evenings outdoors. The small guest house can accommodate four people. Compost toilet in a separate building and shower and washing machine in a shower building on the property. There is plenty of parking space and a smaller lawn. Bicycles are available to borrow for those who want to explore the area. Other things to note NOTE: The cabin is located on a hill with stairs up to the property. The property is also hilly and therefore may not be safe or suitable for smaller children or infants.
