Please note that this building is situated on a hillside and contains multiple units with separate private entrances. Access to each unit involves climbing some steps. While each unit is private, you may occasionally hear noise from neighboring units. If you are an extreme light sleeper, this may be a consideration before booking. A washer is available inside the unit, while the dryer is shared and located just outside the neighboring unit. It can be accessed by going up a few steps. Guest access Important Parking Information: The property has four rental units, each with its own private entrance. There are three parking spaces available at the front of the property, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are taken, street parking is available—please ensure you do not block any driveways. Thank you! Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay. We hope these amenities help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. 🔌 Power Usage Reminder Please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances at the same time (microwave, kettle, air fryer, hair dryer, etc.) as this may cause the power to trip. If the power does go out, please contact us right away so we can assist you in locating and resetting the breaker. Trash Instructions: Trash (Gray or Red bin) & Recycling (Blue bin) Notice: • Please do not put plastic bags or mixed trash inside the recycle bin. • The city charges us a contamination fee if the recycle bin is not used correctly. • If this happens, there will be a penalty of $50 (1 × $50) charged to the guest to cover the fee. Trash pickup is scheduled for every Thursday morning. Kindly ensure that the trash is taken out to the street on Wednesday night so it’s ready for collection. The dryer inside the unit is still undergoing maintenance but there is a shared dryer outside the unit.
