Private annex flat amongst the fields

Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space The space The flat has one room with a large king size bed and a tall table with two stools. A large window allows you to enjoy the outside space from the comfort of your bed. There is a spacious wet room with a large window overlooking the woodland and farming fields. Entrance is behind our garage that sits separate to our home. We live up a long private drive and the area is incredibly peaceful. we can fit two adults and a young child/ baby in the flat (either a cot or small futon can be put into the room) There are black out blinds in the bedside tables that can be used on the windows in the room or bathroom if wanted. Guest access You have full and private access to the whole flat which sits separately to our house behind our separate garage. The drive is shared with our house but there is plenty of parking and we can accommodate two cars. if you are travelling in two cars let us know in advance so we can make sure to make room on the driveway. Other things to note Our house is ideally located near a number of beautiful wedding venues, various countryside walking locations and the lovely town of Congleton which is full of bars and eateries. A taxi would be needed to get you to Congleton and costs around £10. There is no kitchen in the flat but there is a kettle, Nespresso machine and capsules, toaster, air fryer, fridge and we can provide glasses, plates etc as needed. We can collect these as often as needed to clean. there is space outside for you to do a disposable BBQ and we can supply BBQ utensils if required Tea, sugar and milk will also be provided for your consumption. We have a lovely local pub a five minute walk that does a lovely lunch and dinner menu with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Due to the size of the flat we don't leave all amenities listed in there unless we see the need so if you do get inside and find something you wanted is missing please just give us a shout
