THE DAILY RATE IS CHARGED FOR MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE IN THE ACCOMMODATION, WHICH IS THE CAPACITY OF THE HOUSE. @luluzinhacasanapraia is simple but cozy and is located on Massaguaçú Beach in Caraguatatuba, on the north coast of São Paulo. It is a complete house in the middle of nature with a kitchen equipped with everyday utensils, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony with hammocks, a barbecue grill and a backyard with 4 parking spaces. The region has 4 beaches, 2 islands, 1 waterfall and 1 lagoon for you to visit. The space The property has 2 houses on the same plot of land. This listing house is for up to 15 people. The smaller house, in front of the plot, is for up to 4 people. The common areas that are shared between the 2 houses are: gate, lawn for parking cars and the outdoor shower after the beach. The rest of the rooms are individual to each house. Sleeping between beds and mattresses on the floor (check out the entire space of the house in the photos of the listing), this listing house has capacity for up to 15 people including the children. The house has 500-megas wi-fi, ideal for those who will work in the home office and/or for those who do not fail to post moments of the trip. The TV has an app called "DREAM TV" and guests have free access to several open channels, as well as movie, series and streaming channels. House with monitoring system at the gate and backyard. Guest access The guest has full access to this house in the listing only for themselves and the people traveling with them, i.e. the house they booked is not shared with other guests in the other house. We don't rent rooms, we rent the whole house. Other things to note CHECK-IN is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is at 8 p.m. If the guest needs to change check-in and check-out times, we are flexible, but it is only possible with advance notice, as it is necessary to schedule with the person who prepares the house for their arrival, delivery of the keys and check-out. As the property is a summer house (not an inn/chalet/hotel), we advise you to bring some items for your comfort, some of which are for personal use during your stay: Melita paper (in the house there are utensils for making coffee), water bottle (I do not think the tap water is good for consumption), matches or lighter (the ones we leave there sometimes get wet quickly), bed/table/bath linens (pillows, sheets, pillowcase, duvet/blanket, tablecloth, dishcloth, bath and face towel), warm clothes if it is a time of fluctuating weather, cleaning products for your daily life (detergent, sponge, see, garbage bag...), pots to take food from the refrigerator away and whatever else you find useful during your stay. The house does not have a washing machine or an electric washing machine, only the traditional plastic tub on the balcony of the house, but there is an affordable self-service laundry on the Praia Massaguaçú curve, which is less than a 5-minute drive away.
