4 NIGHTS MINIMUM. 1 week minimum during summer and school holidays, or entire long weekends. Small house backed by a hillside of Quercy, beautiful green and wooded region. Visit the old stones of Lot and Tarn et Garonne, castles, medieval villages. Lizard on the water bodies of the area, and enjoy the rich local gastronomy. the house is located 450 m from shops. Pets welcome(see ''other information '' sections, bikers and scooters welcome. The space Located at the end of a quiet plot, backed by the hillsides (one of the walls is semi-underground, which gives it a very pleasant coolness in summer), the house consists of two main rooms. The first is a large living room to which is attached an equipped kitchen. You will find a sofa and armchairs on the living room side, as well as a large screen TV. The kitchen area includes all modern kitchen equipment (oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishes for 3 people and various accessories and robots.) the bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed, and a 90x190 bed occupies an alcove hidden behind a claustra. the bathroom is equipped with a large shower (120x90) and sink . There is a washing machine. you have two terraces (one shaded and one rather sunny) overlooking the valley. the house is equipped with fiber and wifi. Guest access the rental is for a detached house, away from our house. you will have access to all the rooms of this house. Other things to note For school holidays,reservation per week from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 11am . For the rest of the year, rent for a weekend from Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 11 a.m., minimum 2 nights (subject to acceptance, ask us by messages for availability, we are usually open during school holidays and long weekends, outside these periods it is on a case-by-case basis provided that we can ensure the rental). On weekdays, a minimum of 4 nights; for long weekends (May, etc.), rental for the entire long weekend. we accept a pet except category 1 or 2. make sure your dog is sociable enough to support the presence of our (very nice) dogs, cats and chickens. We don't have a crib, you'll need to provide yours. Check-in: The rental is available from 4:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later or earlier (after 7pm), please let us know in advance. Check-out: You must vacate the rental before 11:00 AM Cleaning: Linens must be removed and placed with the toilet linen and kitchen linen in the laundry basket. Floors need to be vacuumed and washed Bathrooms, kitchen and appliances(oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator) should be cleaned The closed garbage bag and recycling bin must be deposited when leaving on the terrace. Cleaning products are under the sink and in the outdoor shed. If you would like us to do the cleaning, please let us know when you arrive. You will be charged an extra €40 for this service. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to sleep on site. The total number of occupants should not exceed 3 people maximum We thank you for limiting noise at night (between 10pm and 8am) so as not to disturb the neighborhood. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at our cottage. Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly prohibited Throughout the duration of the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to make it in perfect general condition upon departure. In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform the owners before your departure. Cooking utensils, oil, spices and cleaning products are at your disposal during your vacation. Please put away the dishes as originally when you leave the premises. Towels cannot be used outside the house or as a bath mat or for swimming. It is forbidden to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Our water resource is precious. Be sure to only start the dishwasher or washing machine if they are full. Don't run the water unnecessarily. As hosts, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or deterioration of the accommodation if the rental is not properly closed (windows + front door locked). Similarly, in your absence, do not leave any appliances or electrical appliances on. Please do not leave young children unattended in the rental, no walking on the sloping hillside parts, they are fragile. Non-smoking accommodation: This place is a non-smoking space. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules by the tenant, the landlords reserve the right to apply appropriate sanctions: Termination of lease agreement with loss of security deposit. You will be required to check out by your completed check-out date following the interruption of your stay. In case of damage or breakage, the items will need to be replaced identically or refunded to the owner. The tenant can play his home insurance thanks to the resort extension in case of major damage noted on the exit inventory. If the cleaning done by guests does not meet the minimum hygiene standards, they will be charged for additional cleaning and maintenance hours.
