Single female or couples only please. Cosy room in spacious ground floor garden flat. It is centrally-located, near to the station. The bedroom is situated in the basement with a Velux window. It has a double bed, wardrobe space and bedside table and chair. Kettle and tea/coffee is provided and use of the fridge in the kitchen. The bathroom is shared with the host.
