The space - This unit is a detached garage transformed into a modern apartment, featuring a private entrance and a shared driveway with ample parking, as well as a secluded back patio for your relaxation. - Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals, including cooking oil and condiments to save you the hassle of shopping for basics. - Benefit from the convenience of a brand-new stacked washer and dryer. - Rest easy in the comfortable bedroom, furnished with a queen bed while the living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed with a memory foam mattress topper provided. - Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with our Smart TV. - Keep comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. - While children are welcome, please note that the space is not childproof. -The space has 1 small step to enter the unit, accessible for people with mobility issues. Other things to note Meet Bo (pictured in the last photo), our unofficial property manager who loves to greet guests with a wagging tail and a big smile upon arrival! Bo is our incredibly friendly (and quiet) golden retriever who enjoys roaming freely in our yard. He's sure to become your best friend by the end of your stay.
