Room in the middle of Sulingen

Very nice room in the middle of Sulingen. I rent out 2 rooms in my new apartment. The house is very centrally located but also quiet. The shops, restaurants, pubs are within minutes' walk. The space The room is comfortably furnished and can be reached directly from the living room. In the room there is a TV with satellite and Fire Stick. Prime and Disney+ can be used The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, which are shared. I rent 2 bedrooms, the 3rd room is reserved for private use. All rooms are on the 1st floor and have a patio door. In front of all windows and doors are fly screens that keep mosquitoes away even at night. The kitchen is fully furnished and offers plenty of space to eat and sit. Guest access The apartment is accessible via stairs. So not barrier-free. There are no steps in the apartment. During your stay If you have any questions or problems, the homeowner on the ground floor is happy to help. Other things to note The property has a large courtyard where cars or campers etc. can be parked. Just contact me beforehand.
