It is warm, cozy and sleek, with a modern aesthetic and furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms with luxury mattresses and comfy pillows, as well as a sleeper sofa in the family room. The light filled new bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway for easy access to everyone and there is an additional desk/vanity station in one of the bedrooms! The new stylish kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, blender, and a coffee/tea bar with a Keurig. Even though you are in the heart of the vibrant East Side Beltline trail, you can also take time to relax on the back patio adorned with vintage string lighting, enjoy time in the large backyard, or sip your coffee or cocktail on the spacious covered front porch. Driveway parking with room for at least 2 cars, as well as street parking on one of the best streets in the Old Fourth Ward.
