The space Enter into the spacious hallway where you will find the first double bedroom with plenty of storage, also on this level you will find a family sized bathroom with bath & shower. Access to the fully equipped luxury modern kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster & dishwasher. The dining area and living area which is kitted out with a 75" TV which comes with Netflix & Amazon+. in this room you will also find Alexa! The high ceilings and juliet balcony set this room off beautifully! Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & walk in shower. This room also has plenty of storage, perfect for any family getaway! This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Harry Potter Tour or even if you are working at the Studios this property is literally minutes away! It is also close to motorways M1 & M25 & close by is Watford Junction station where you can get into central London within 20 minutes! Guest access The property has its own front door & own access so you can come & go as you please. You will have your own keys & fob which can be picked up from the key lockbox on arrival. A code will be given to enter the building when you first arrive and then also a code for the lockbox. Additional parking can be found on the roadside outside the property. Access to a double blow up bed is available for an additional fee but must be arranged in advance. Children's toys & board games are available in this property along with a highchair. Early Check In after 1pm can be arranged in advance for an additional fee of £15. Late Check Out will be charged at £15 per hour after the check out time of 11am. We do not offer access for bag drop off unless you request an early check in, however the Warner Bros Studio Tour offer free cloakroom entry for suitcases for visitors.
