Ideally located halfway between Rennes and St-Malo and close to Dinan, Les Petites Rives de la Motte allows you to discover the region (10 min to Dinan, 20 min to Rennes and St-Malo, 40 min to Mont-St-Michel) and its assets (Bourbansais Zoo 3 min, Cobac Park 10 min, Grand Aquarium 20 min...). This charming townhouse with another cottage, surrounded by nature and fields, offers a quiet and soothing living environment. The west-facing terrace opens up to a pleasant view of the 3500 m² fishing pond. The space The 80 m² Fale Tolu house can accommodate up to 6 people with the possibility to add a cot on request for a baby. It consists of a large 40 m² living room on the ground floor with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area and a TV lounge. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a first of 12 m² with a double bed of 160 cm and a second bedroom of 12 m² with two single beds (90 cm), and access by a Japanese step staircase to a mezzanine with also two single beds (90 cm). There is also a second toilet upstairs and a bathroom with washing machine. Small detail: the beds will be made upon your arrival! You just have to bring your towels... (Supply possible at extra cost) Possibility to rent 2 other lodges on the property, Fale Lua for 6 people and Fale Tahi for 10 people. Guest access Guests can enjoy the outdoors while their children enjoy the playground with climbing wall, swing and slide. You can also have a barbecue or picnic by the pond, perhaps trying to tease the fish (always no-kill!) Other things to note Access to the pond is secured by a gate, however, children remain under the responsibility of parents in its vicinity.
