The space is conveniently located near the airport with easy access to all of the amenities Des Moines has to offer. The space Hello and welcome to Cooper’s Townhome! We are excited about your plans to visit Norwalk and the greater Des Moines metro. Norwalk is a great place to make your home base. The space is a quick drive to Des Moines International Airport and 15-20 minutes to downtown. Cooper’s Townhome boasts three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Upon entry, you’ll find an open-concept living area adjoining the kitchen. The space is great to unwind, stream your favorite series, play games, and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite home-cooked meal. The main floor also includes access to the patio, two-stall garage, and half bathroom. Heading upstairs, you will walk into the loft equipped with office space, a washer, and a dryer. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bath before you reach the primary bedroom. The home includes WiFi access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom are ready for you to log in to all of your streaming services. Additionally, the home is located one block off of the bike trail that can connect you to all of Des Moines. Checking In On the day of check-in, you will receive an access code that will get you into the house and directions to accessing Coopers. You will have access to door keys and the garage door opener. We want to make your stay as easy and convenient for you as possible. We will try our best to be flexible with arrival times but guarantee check-in no later than 3:00 pm. Checking Out We are grateful that you were able to enjoy our space and hope you enjoyed your time in Norwalk and the greater Des Moines metro. We ask that guests and their belongings be vacated by 11:00 so that the cleaning process can begin. Please leave the keys and garage door opener on the kitchen counter next to the guidebook and lock the door behind you on your way out.
