Perfect for up to four guests, the home combines stylish modern interiors with a peaceful central location, just a short walk from Montpellier, restaurants, boutiques and Cheltenham’s famous festivals. A private entrance leads into a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining space designed for relaxed living. The lounge features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favourite streaming services after a day exploring Cheltenham. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster. A dining table for four provides a great space for meals or planning the day ahead. Large bi-fold doors open onto a gravelled rear courtyard, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Please note the courtyard is not enclosed and therefore not fully private. The home offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and its own modern en-suite shower room. Upstairs you’ll find the stunning master suite, featuring a king-size bed, exposed beams and bi-fold doors opening onto a private terrace. The suite also boasts a feature resin freestanding bath along with a separate modern shower room, creating a luxurious space to unwind. Please note the master suite is connected to the living space via a wooden staircase without a dividing door, creating a stylish open-plan feel across the two floors. We provide on-street parking permits (GBP5 per car per night, up to two cars) for convenient parking nearby. This peaceful mews setting offers the perfect balance of quiet privacy and central Cheltenham living. Guest access Our home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners. Parking: For parking, we offer daily parking permits for £5 per night per car for up to 2 cars. This will give you street parking in the local area. Prior to your stay we will request your vehicle registration number so we can add your car to the digital permit scheme. It should be noted also that the rear courtyard is not private and enclosed and is open to the rear neighbours and private lane. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar . Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils, however, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to access your own streaming accounts. We supply all linen for both double beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath /shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with shower gel, shampoo & face / body cream. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We can also put you in touch with a fantastic local beauty therapist who offers mobile massages. Please feel free to ask us for the details.
