Your vacation on the Costa Tropical

Our cozy 52m2 apartment is located in Almuñecar. Located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almeria, the Costa Tropical occupies a privileged strip that has the best conditions and attractions to enjoy a great vacation. In addition: -City center at 5min by car or 15 on foot. -Waterpark Aquatropic at 10min by car. - Area coast 5min drive *Due to maintenance, the swimming pools are currently out of service. Hope you will have a great time here! :) The space You will stay in an housing estate with several apartments. In a building with elevator, the apartment is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa and television, in an area open to an area with dining table - an independent kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200 - 1 bathroom It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has a split system with hot/cold air function and a portable fan. We also have a portable radiator at your disposal. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 150 liters: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Parking on the street is available and free of charge. *As a one-off, the community’s rear swimming pool will be open from Saturday 28 March to Sunday 5 April, from 11:00 to 19:00* Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
