Uvabelapr House is located near the beach and a 5-minute walk from the town plaza. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The space Uvabela House is a remodeled property with a spacious kitchen and living room. The house has a capacity up to 6 people. It includes one queen bed, one full bed, one twin bed and a sofa bed. A washing machine is provided (please note, there is no dryer), but a drying rack is available for your convenience. In addition, there is a second unit: a remodeled studio located behind the house, with its own independent entrance through an exclusive gate next to the lockboxes. The studio is rented separately from the main house and has no shared areas, offering full privacy throughout your stay with no need to interact with other guests. You will only see them when they park, as their parking spot is directly in front of their entrance gate. We provide four beach chairs, a cooler, beach cart, beach towels and one beach umbrella.⛱️ In the kitchen, we provide coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper. ☕️🧂🌶️ The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We have elderly neighbors. Please be mindful of your music volume and avoid loud speaking. 🛑 Quite hours start at 10pm to 7am. There is no party allowed. The peace of our neighbors is fundamental to us. We want to prevent any intervention during your visit. Parking is available •🅿️• inside the garage for two cars parked back-to-back, and one additional car can be parked in front of the gate or on the street. 🐚🌴 It has an ocean view and is located less than a 5-minute drive from Villa Pesquera Beach. The most popular beaches nearby are Montones Beach, Jobos Beach, Middles Beach, Shore Island, Shacks Beach, and Poza de Teodoro. Those are the most beautiful beaches in Isabela. Other great nearby beaches are Punta Borinquen, Peña Blanca, and Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. ☀️ 🦮 We are pet-friendly and have a courtyard in the front yard. However, please be aware that if you leave your dog inside our garage, it may bark. We want to ensure peace for our other guests and neighbors. It is our responsibility to inform you if your dog is barking for an extended period. Please take measures to prevent this from happening and be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. 🛒🥑 Econo supermarket is within walking distance and has an ATH of Banco Popular. ⛲️ The town plaza, Plaza Pública Manuel Corchado y Juarbe, is just a 5-minute walk away and hosts weekly arts nights on Wednesdays, Gospel Night on Thursday, and salsa nights on Fridays. 🏃🏽Guests may also enjoy visiting the park "Parquesito Lamela" for exercise and basketball 🏀 , which is also within walking distance. Everything in the house looks exactly the same as it appears in the photos‼️ 📸 The house is not for sale.🚫 Please reserve your offers. Security cameras are located in front of the house exclusively for home security purposes. 💡 Important note: We are located on an island with an occasionally unstable power system. In the event of a power outage, we have rechargeable lights and fans, as well as solar lightning on the balcony. However, we do not have backup electricity generators. Water interruptions are rare in this area, and we do not have a water cistern. 🚍 Local shuttle available for travel across the island: Línea Sultana Inc. The shuttle can pick you up or drop you off along Highway 2 in Isabela, near the mall or a bakery. From there, you can take an Uber to get to our place. Routes are available to and from the San Juan Airport. 🚘 Uber is available in Isabela.
