This location is a hidden gem. it's located at the end of an unassuming road, then you enter to find paradise in a small community setting. The peace and quiet is the first thing to take in, quickly followed by the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves - all just steps away. In the distance the rooster's song welcome you in. Once you walk up the short flight of stairs (3) you enter into a large comfortable space with everything you could need to feel at home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy large sofa, large TV, AC in every room, laundry facilities, robe and slippers for each guest, beach gear and the spiral staircase leading up to the penthouse terrace where you will see the ocean on one side and the rainforest on the other. The pool has several sections and outdoor showers, there's a playground nearby and through the white gate is the beautiful ocean! Never too busy or crowded and always welcoming. Minutes away are a handful of great restaurants, and well stocked small grocery stores. About 15 minutes away is Walmart, Marshals, and other stores. And in the next town is a well-known outlet mall (Nike, Guess, Burlington, etc). At the mall you will also find Buster restaurant, a movie theatre, a Starbucks coffee truck and more. If you'd like to take an easy trip to Vieques or Culebra 45 minutes away is Ceiba where you can catch the ferry to either island. And Old San Juan is 30 minutes away. The drive from the airport (30 minutes) takes you along the ocean, and through a beautiful forested area. The ride sets the stage for the peace and enjoyment that awaits you in this safe and cozy community. Power and water issues and/or outages can occur throughout Puerto Rico without prior notice. Guest access You will either have a code to let yourself in or security guard will let you in the gate. The lockbox code will give you access to the door of the penthouse condo. Other things to note There is NO smoking or vaping in the condo, NO smoking on the terrace and NO smoking outside the condo door. There will be an additional cleaning fee if we detect smoke in the condo, on the terrace or on the landing in front of the door.
