It is across US embassy and 5mins walk to Robinsons Place Manila. As the place is quite small around 20.60sqm, I have chosen the minimalist design to give a space for my guests specially with their bags and other stuffs more specially those from abroad. It is equipped with full size (double size) bed with a single size pull out bed, ideally for 2 adults, a cooking pan, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and also dining ware for four. I also provide a fridge (non-frost for easy cleaning), and a hot shower. And some hangers too. There's also a vanity area with mirror. I also provide towels and extra beddings if needed. We provide clothes steamer :) For monthly stay electricity consumption is not included in the rent and shall be billed upon move out. The room is sitted at 21st floor of the building with the view of Manila skyline and part of Manila Bay. Strictly 3pm onwards for check-in to give way to checking out guests and check out until 12nn only to give way to the coming guest. After standard time 150/hr will be charged for late check-out IF available same with early check-in. 3. For guests staying monthly, we only change the beddings and towels once a week for FREE but you may request for change of new set of towels anytime for a FEE of 100.00/towels and 450.00 for new set of beddings. Damage Towels: 350/each Damage bedsheet: 400-600/each Note that Cleaning fee is for AFTER check out and NOT during the stay. If you wish to request for cleaning during your stay we charge for the same fee here or lesser. 4. For monthly stay, power/electricity usage is NOT included in the rent, utility DEPOSIT of 5,000 pesos shall be collected upon check in. The security deposit for electricity is consumable and refundable in excess of your electric consumption upon check out. Condo dues, water, and internet are FREE. 5. The parking space is available inside (payment directly to us via gcash) and outside the building (street parking) for a FEE and This fee is being collected by an attendant from the barrangay. 6. Kindly AVOID property management violations by following building guidelines especially noise, elevator safety and others posted in different common areas. Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. 7. Help us maintain the unit by throwing all your garbage every night especially if it's WET. The garbage room is located inside the exit door same floor as your unit. 8. Please note that there will be times that the internet connection might not be available due to technical problem or under maintenance by the provider for several reasons which is not under our control or fault. In this case, the host will not be liable for any partial refund in times like this. 9. STRICTLY NO SMOKING AT THE UNIT. A charge of P2,000 for undisciplined guest/s. 10. For parking space: -Along Roxas Blvd and Padre Faura Street in front of the building, street parking rates starts at 50 pesos -Robinsons Mall Manila (5-8mins walk) - Sunny Bayview Open Parking Space along Roxas Blvd. (8-10mins walk) Pay parking and first come, first serve basis. Rates starts at 50.00 pesos. Overnight rates starts at 150 pesos. Pay parking inside the building 450/day first pay first reserve basis. Banks is also very accesible such as BDO, UCPB, BPI, east west, PNB, RCBC and more. Mall of Asia is only 15 to 20 mins ride. Airport is 30-40mins ride. Other things to note Electricity consumption for monthly rent is not included in the rent. Utility deposit for electricity consumption of 3,000 pesos will be collected for guests staying for one month or more. The security deposit for electricity is consumable and refundable in excess of electricity consumption. Strictly 3pm onwards for check-in to give way to checking out guest/s and check out until 12:00nn only to give way to the coming guest (unless the coming guests will arrive late than check in time we can allow to check out late until 1pm only). After 1pm 200/hr will be charged. Self check- in (hotel like check-in, instruction will be given once the booking is confirmed).
