And, for those evenings when you don't fancy cooking, there is the added bonus of the family-run New Inn pub right next door. Sleeping Up to 9 Guests The cottage has five bedrooms: Three king-size bedrooms One twin bedroom One single bedroom on the ground floor There is plenty of space for everyone to relax, with a comfortable sitting room, separate dining room, garden room and an enclosed rear garden. Welcome Meals – Arrive & Relax Why worry about shopping and cooking as soon as you arrive? You can pre-order a delicious home-cooked family meal, freshly prepared by the chefs at the New Inn next door. Your chosen meal will be waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive, ready to simply heat and enjoy. Choose from favourites such as: Cottage Pie Lasagne Fish Pie Thai Vegetable Curry You can even order a meal for every night of your stay, making your holiday even more relaxing. Why not arrive to a delicious home-cooked meal with a chilled bottle of wine or two waiting in the fridge? Meals are supplied in traditional family oven dishes and provide six standard portions. Meals must be pre-ordered before your stay. The New Inn The New Inn is a family-run pub situated right next door to the cottage. Enjoy a delicious meal in the pub, pop in for a drink, or simply take advantage of having a friendly local pub right on your doorstep. Ground Floor Sitting Room A comfortable room with three sofas, a 55" Smart TV and ornamental fireplace. Dining Room Dining table with seating for up to nine guests. Kitchen Fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast table with four chairs and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom Four A single bedroom. Garden Room A lovely additional space with comfortable seating and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying your morning coffee. Utility Room Washing machine/dryer. There is a private driveway directly in front of the cottage. Cars can be parked one behind the other and, with sensible parking, up to three cars can fit on the drive. If parking three cars on the driveway feels a little too complicated, don't worry – we are happy to offer overflow parking nearby, so there is no need to worry about finding somewhere for your vehicles. Please note that barbecues are not permitted due to the traditional thatched roof. As the cottage is in a rural location without fibre broadband, the internet connection can occasionally be less reliable or slower than you may be used to. We do our best to provide a good connection, but unfortunately it can sometimes be less consistent than we would like. Internet access is provided for recreational purposes only and is not intended for business use. Speed and availability may vary from time to time. With a family-run pub right next door, the option to have a delicious home-cooked meal waiting for you on arrival, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together, this cottage is the perfect place to slow down, unwind and make the most of your time in Dorset. We apologise for any confusion this may cause) Other things to note Electric Vehicle Charging If you need to charge your electric car during your stay, there is a £35 charge per day that the vehicle is plugged in/charging.
