The apartment in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. 70 m² accommodation. The building has an elevator, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Television. The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle. The space Located in the emblematic Sagrada Familia neighbourhood, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants and, of course, Gaudí's impressive basilica. Two double rooms: Spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Two full bathrooms: Equipped with modern showers for your comfort. Living-dining room: An open and versatile space, with a comfortable sofa bed ideal for additional guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Central air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature at any time of the year. Lift in the building. Wifi internet connection. Please note the following important information before booking: Work will begin on the building for a few months, from November 12th until probably May 2026. - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: -Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (please consult us if you would like to check in earlier). Outside of these hours, we will charge €30 in cash. After 10:00 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight, it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight. - If the arrival date is December 25, 26, or January 1, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking in the apartment. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). It’s a perfect location for cultural tourism or family stays, combining comfort, local life, and an unbeatable location. Other things to note The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
