Description
Recharge your batteries in this unforgettable accommodation nestled in the heart of nature. Ideally located by the water, this mini house combines a break and experience. You will find comfort and modernity while refocusing on the essentials, and you will discover that our mini house has nothing to envy from the big ones! The space Drop off your bags and enjoy! Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided. Basic amenities and kitchenware are present. Guest access You have a private terrace by the river and a space with grass. The meadow and the "natural pool", the level of which varies depending on the season, are common spaces with the people staying in the cottage. Other things to note The tiny house is, as its name suggests, a small house. The spaces are in fact small and the door passage is 70 cm. For families with children under 2 years old, people who have difficulty moving and/or are well, we recommend booking the gîte, which seems more suitable. Our tiny house is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and heating. It has all the comforts of a big one! PLEASE NOTE: GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE VISITORS DAY AND NIGHT DURING THEIR STAY. Any additional person to the number of guests is not allowed. If there are more people present than the number defined at the time of booking, the owner may refuse the additional people and terminate the booking, as the conditions are not met. A deposit check of 200 euros will be requested upon arrival. The cleaning of the tiny house is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before departure. A cleaning fee is not included in the rental price. We rely on your common sense to return the property cleaned, the tiny house and the outside. The tiny house must be left in perfect condition (garbage cans emptied, toilet and shower cleaned, brooms and mop used, dishes washed and put away, etc.) If this is not the case, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from your deposit. The tenant is responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of their actions. The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their children at all times, both inside and outside the tiny house. The proximity to water requires greater vigilance.
