It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful historic city center. Perfect for a couple, the apartment is fully equipped and has been designed for a comfortable stay. The double bed comes with sheets, pillowcases, a duvet and a duvet cover. Two towels and a bath mat are provided in the bathroom. The space Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a beautiful building just beyond the Old Port, the apartment is very bright, with a large picture window and a French door offering a side view over La Rochelle’s rooftops and the Saint-Nicolas Tower, one of the Old Port’s two iconic towers. The building opposite houses a car park, so there’s no overlooking—total privacy! Ideal for a couple, the apartment is fully equipped and designed for a very comfortable stay. The sleeping area features quality bedding, a latest-generation TV, and storage. A decorative slatted partition separates the sleeping area from the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and live “like at home”: fridge, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc. The bathroom is also very pleasant and includes a washing machine. The apartment is highly functional. The design is refined, cosy and contemporary. The apartment was renovated using high-quality materials. Step outside and you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif on one of the many terraces along the Old Port, facing La Rochelle’s famous towers. There are excellent food shops nearby (bakery, wine shop, Monoprix, etc.) and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. The central market is a 10-minute walk. La Concurrence beach is also less than a 10-minute walk away. Be sure to plan a visit to the beautiful Île de Ré too, with its villages, salt marshes, forests and wild beaches. A secure bike storage room is available, where you can store up to 2 bikes. → Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, subject to availability and by appointment.
