Guests can access all areas of the house and all outdoor spaces belonging to the owner of the house. The house has a large park. Guests can also walk the neighborhood streets and access the soccer field and common plaza. They cannot access other parks or houses in the neighborhood, which are privately owned. Going out on the road, they have quick and direct access to supermarkets, shopping malls, shops, restaurants, health centers, entertainment, etc. Guests must abide by the neighborhood's rules of coexistence. The house is not rented for weddings, quinceañeras, bachelor parties, or graduation parties. Meetings and/or family and/or quiet friends events are allowed. Other things to note Cada Ravi is located in the Casablanca gated community in Pilar, Province of Buenos Aires. It is designed for 2 or 3 families or a group of friends to live together and share comfortably and privately. It is also a special house for those who have to prepare for a big event such as wedding parties, 15th birthday parties, etc. Parties and/or large and/or noisy events are not permitted in the house. It is not allowed to celebrate: 15th birthday parties, weddings, bachelor parties and graduation parties. Anyway, it's a beautiful place to enjoy the before and after of special ceremonies as there are many rooms close to the place. The house stands out for its modern architecture, decorative details and large windows that allow direct contact with the nature of the place. It has spacious rooms and the gallery area has a table capable of bringing together the whole family and/or friends in a single meeting. The large pool can be enjoyed from different angles of the grounds. It has the furniture, appliances, elements and kitchen utensils necessary to achieve a comfortable stay. Also included are sheets, blankets and one towel per person and one towel per bathroom (4 in total). It is strategically located near the neighborhood's 24-hour security checkpoint and has easy access to the highway and the Pan-American highway exit.
