Winter2026 Book now heated pool beautiful Beach !

This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo on the beach with a over sized pool to take a dip and cool down. Completely walkable neighborhood, which my family really enjoys. Everything you will need is out the front door slip on your sandals and explore. The condo was completely remodeled Spring 2022 with new furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms. We have 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and 4beach blankets , two boogie board’s, a cooler all for your convenience. The kitchen is well appoint The space The space is ocean chic, clean, new and comfortable, home was inspired by Coastal Pottery Barn. Home was completely redone in Spring 2022. All bedding is 300 count sheets, comfortable temperature in each room set to your desired temperature. We have a smart 50” TV and high speed internet for streaming movies and shows. In the ceiling we have LED lights that change color based on your mood with a click of the remote, makes watching movies more comfortable. I have two bar stools at the counter bar which makes it easy for meals and quick clean up so you can enjoy the island. Great space for the older kids to eat. I collect local art so the walls are covered with beautiful pictures and colors. This May 2023 did a floor replacement project with new beautiful Spanish tile Guest access Full access to the gym, pool, and tennis courts and of course the BEACH, our campus is safe we have 24 hour security, turn right out the main gates and you have 12 blocks of food, stores, bars and casino’s, organic grocery store ,everything is walkable, just a right hand turn at the gate and everything is right there on Ashford Avenue enjoy Ashford Avenue 🌈☀️ Other things to note Large walk in closet so you can unpack and enjoy the space. I have a Keurig coffee/ tea maker for your convenience. K-Cups are hard to find still here on the island. I encourage you to pack a few K cups. Also there is a lot of the color white in the apartment so take good care and try your best to clean as you go and enjoy the vibe I created. **our building has started a 10 million dollar capital improvement project to the campus, so the appearance of the exterior is in pre-planning stages for maintenance work, the work will not interfere with your stay**all amenities are open** construction has started ** so there will be no issues…. Since hurricane Maria mini power outages are routine now on the island, most people head to the pool /beach and or out on the town. Our building has a generator for public areas not individual units yet ….. so just know ~Puerto Rico is bouncing back🙌🏻 Maria and Covid-19 have been rough on our island ~so enjoy the island ~buy local!! support local!! and just go with the flow when on the island, leave State side expectations in the States and …enjoy the chill island 🏝 vibe 🇵🇷🌴☀️🇵🇷… I love Puerto Rico I’m sure you will too!!!
