You can also find good cafes, bars, restaurants, popular fast-food restaurants and shopping centers within 2 minutes. It's perfect for those who need a quiet and relaxing stay. ~ Take off your shoes and welcome! The space Hi, I'm Suelen and my husband is Guilherme. Our space has been renovated and is located in a beautiful building that is over 200 years old. The name "Soar" is a combination of the words Sol (Sun) and Ar (Air), which make up most of the apartment. Our house is SHARED. You have a bedroom with a private bathroom. There are 6 bedrooms, 1 for our cousin and 5 for guests. • We do not accept babies/children • Next to the Gulbenkian Foundation with its wonderful landscaped gardens, in front of the 31 de Janeiro municipal market, Atrium Saldanha (shopping mall) and the famous Modern Art Center and classical music concerts. Check-in is from 3 p.m., with the possibility of anticipating it for an extra payment if available, and check-out is at 10 a.m., with the possibility of extending it until 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Everything here has been carefully organized with a lot of love and affection to have the best possible stay. Guest access In the private bedroom of the shared house, you will have an airy environment with a large bed, private bathroom, space for reading and working, and air conditioning. In addition to your private environment, you have access to a spacious and sunny living room, a dining room and an amazing view. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. There is space in the refrigerator and cabinets if necessary, and feel free to cook whenever you want. All household utensils are available, such as an iron, electric kettle, toaster... All windows have double glazing for better sound insulation and thermal cut. Loud music, noisy conversations, and disturbing sounds are not allowed after 11 p.m. or before 9 a.m. We also have fantastic bakeries, pastry shops and beautiful cafés just around the corner and in the surrounding area, as well as large supermarkets and pharmacies. There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. You can also find a self-service laundry within a 2-minute walk. We're on the 7th floor with two elevators.
