Welcome to your perfect coastal apartment for a seaside vacation and discovering Vilanova and La Geltrú. This cozy two-bedroom family apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 people, with the possibility of up to 4. It is located 5 minutes from the port and restaurant area and 10 minutes from the beach, downtown, and the station! It has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Note that it is on the third floor WITHOUT an elevator. The space DINING ROOM KITCHEN: The dining room is open to the kitchen to create a bright atmosphere and give spaciousness to the living area. It has a large window that gives a lot of light during the day since this apartment is located at the top of the building and the surrounding buildings do not block the light. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to cook during your stay. DOUBLE ROOM: Double bedroom with a 150x190cm bed. It has a large window that brings light into the room and has a built-in closet and dresser to leave your belongings. SINGLE ROOM: This room is small and is designed for a single bed of 90x190cm, although there is the possibility of adding another bed of 80x190. BATHROOM: The apartment has a full bathroom. BALCONY: Overlooking a small, quiet square, it's perfect for having breakfast or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. ROOF TERRACE: On the roof we have the washing machine along with a space to hang clothes. There is also an area where you can sunbathe. Other things to note It is a third floor without an elevator. (The street floor is considered floor 0) NO Pets allowed. Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, smoking is ONLY allowed on the balcony NO parties are permitted.
