First Line Oceanfront: Stylish Retreat to Unwind

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace. The space The apartment is located directly at the San Miguel Marina, in the Pebble Beach holiday complex in the Libra area, right by the sea. Pebble Beach is divided into individual small, white houses with red roofs. Each house has 2-3 apartments. The complex has 3 pools that can be reached in a short walk. The Scorpio pool area also has a nice pool bar. This area can be reached on foot from the apartment in about 5 minutes. A closer pool area at Aries does not have a pool bar, but is just as good for sunbathing and refreshing. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Two beautiful golf courses and a sailing school are within sight. The Casa Tortuga is ideal for a relaxing holiday for 2 to 3 people, although the sofa bed, which is 140 cm wide and only 200 cm long, is not suitable for tall people, but rather for children and teenagers. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a staircase down from the street, and there are free public parking spaces at the top of the street. There is also barrier-free access, which can be reached via the beach promenade. Tenerife Sur airport is about 10 km away, making the journey extremely short. You can get to the apartment in about 15 minutes with your own rental car, but you can also take a taxi from the airport for about 25-30 euros. The new seafront promenade, which was built over several years directly in front of the apartment, has been completed. Whether you want to take a short walk or a longer jog, you are on the way directly from the apartment. You can also go straight to the sea from the apartment to go swimming, there are several stone beaches (plastic shoes are required). Other things to note The Pebble Beach complex is located directly below the Amarilla Golf course, at the port of San Miguel. There is a restaurant right by the port that is run by restaurant owners in Los Abrigos. It is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Below the Alua Atlántico Golf Resort, there are other restaurants and bars that are also a 10-15-minute walk away. You can find more restaurants and shops in San Blas (about a 35-minute walk along the promenade) Right next to Scorpio there is a Hyperdino Express (supermarket) where you can get everything you need. If you want to do a larger shop (weekly shopping), you can drive to Hyperdino or Mercadona in Las Chafiras. If you don't want to rent a car, you can also book a taxi for the short journey. Tenerife is a very varied and interesting island and so we definitely recommend booking a rental car to take tours to the north, the mountains or city tours in Santa Cruz de Tenerife or La Laguna.
