In close proximity to the Sondrio Yellow Metro (M3) and Tram 10, which will take you to the Duomo, the Old Town and the city's major points of interest in just a few minutes. The space With multiple beds, this warm flat is ready to accommodate any traveller. The bedroom features a double bed with a comfortable mattress that will allow you to enjoy a good night's rest, while the living room has a comfortable two-seater sofa bed. The living area, very cosy and bright, is equipped not only with a comfortable and spacious sofa, but also with a SMART TV that will allow you to watch Netflix with an already registered account and 1gb Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom offers a very spacious shower cubicle, complete sanitary facilities, an LED-lit mirror, a hairdryer and all the space you need to store your personal belongings. The kitchen is complete with stove, fridge/freezer, filter hood and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is complemented by a NESPRESSO coffee machine with assorted coffee pods, a water boiler with tea and herbal tea bags. There is a washing machine in the flat, which is available to guests free of charge. If you are 2 guests but would like to sleep separately and use both the bed and the sofa bed, I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that I can let you find the sofa bed open and with sheets. Guest access The flat is located on the ground floor. In a few minutes by public transport you can reach the Duomo (7 minutes), the luxurious via Monte Napoleone, the historical centre and hundreds of other points of interest for shopping, relaxation and food and beverage experiences. The Central Station is a 10-minute walk away. Porta Nuova, which after an extensive urban and architectural regeneration project represents the new face of an increasingly green and sustainable Milan, is 10 minutes away by metro (Turati stop). Linate airport is 10-15 minutes away by taxi. Rho Fiera is 30 minutes away. Other things to note A 3-minute walk from the flat you will find a bike rental space. This will allow you to ride along the Naviglio Martesana cycle path, a gem of Milan immersed in colours and nature, or simply to reach the city while enjoying the view of Milan from the street.
