The room is inside an apartment on the 10th floor. (in the apartment, we live with my partner (Alonso, my pet, 🐩 and I) The apartment has an excellent view of the Tacna countryside. The room is as shown in the photo. You can also use the garage inside the condominium. The bathroom is outside the room, but it is exclusively for your use. 40" TV contains Netflix and Disney+ We are 8 minutes from downtown (by bus). Shared areas: living room, dining room, and kitchen. The space The room is inside a 120 square meter apartment on the tenth floor of a condominium, which is 8 minutes from downtown by public transport or 5 minutes by taxi. The building has 02 elevators and emergency stairs, garage, security and surveillance cameras. You can enjoy a unique view of the whole city. It has a single access to the apartment and room, the common areas (such as living room, terraces, kitchen and dining room) are shared with the owners of the apartment and their small pet (dog). Inside the room you will find 01 double bed (2 seats), 02 nightstands with lamps each, 01 table and chairs for two people, 01 49" TV with Netflix service and internet, 01 melamine ironing board, 01 iron and closet with several compartments and hangers. The bathroom is outside the room but is for the guest's use, not shared with anyone else. You can use the kitchen, dining room, and living room. You will also find mini-markets, restaurants, and chicken places in the area. Public transportation is until 9pm. Guest access The kitchen is an area shared with us. In the kitchen you can use the dishes and cooking utensils (pots, pans, ladles, etc.), condiments, salt and also sugar. The living room and dining room are areas that are also shared with us. Laundry can be used but at an additional cost. The garage is free (inside the condominium) During your stay Alonso and I are ready to guide you and show you how to get around so that you can discover the most attractive places in Tacna. Since we live in the apartment, we can be in touch and available to support you with whatever you need. Other things to note Remember that we live with Malu (our dog). She is very quiet, docile, and affectionate. The garage is completely free (inside the condominium) Laundry is an additional cost. Our condominium is in process and execution. And therefore we have a provisional income.
