Guest access The house is priced based on 12 guests which includes cleaning, amenities and basic wear and tear. If you plan on using the house as a main hub for further guests to visit can you please let the host know. This may incur extra charges. Other things to note We live on the site and more than happy to help accommodate our guests as much as we can. Any issues, help or advice they can message me on my mobile or chap my door!! We have a cleaning charge for pets, so please can you make sure you request for your beloved family members to stay and I can discuss what these charges are. I do ask that pets are not in the bedrooms.
